A big thank you to everyone who attended the recent 13th online agiLab conference and provided such useful and valuable input.

The conference was part of the consultation phase of the agiLab project 'Implementing agile working in the NHS'. The project has taken 4-years of data from agiLab to identify key mindset enablers and blockers, and key knowledge and relational resources, that affect the successful implementation of agile working in the NHS. In excess of 100 delegates attended the conference (from Trusts and organisation across the NHS). Delegate feedback will now be analysed to inform the final version of the research report and communication materials to be rolled out across the NHS, by the end of this calendar year.

Thanks to NHS Employers for their ongoing partnership and in particular Sam Owen and Jenny Hawkins for their invaluable assistance in organising and running the conference.

Thanks also to Victoria Shaw (TIPC) for her interesting and thought provoking presentation on "Small steps to achieve long-term change".
